In the name of God, Amen
I, Robert Bryarly of Baltimore County and Province of Maryland (Blacksmith) through the abundant mercy and goodness of God though weak in body yet of sound and perfect understanding and memory do constitute this my last will and Testament and desire it may be received by all as such

Imprimis I most humble bequeath my Soul to God that gave it.
Imprims I give my body to the Earth from whence it was taken in full assurance of its Resurection from thence at the last day. As for my burial I desire it may be dessent without Pomp or State at the Direction of my Dear and Loving wife and my Executors heretofore mentioned. As for my worldly estate I will and positively order that all my debts be paid.
Item I will and bequeath to my Well Beloved son John all that tract of land which was the property of Walter Ashmore and from to me providing he satisfies or pays to my well beloved daughter Isabella the contents of a Bond bearing date the 16th day of November One Thousand and Seven Hundred Sixty and to which bond is now in my daughters custody.
Item I also give and bequeath to my well beloved son John Five Shillings Maryland Currency and no more.
Item I will and bequeath to my well beloved son Thomas a tract of land which was not made over to him heretofore which he now possesses and no more.
Item I will and bequeath to my well Beloved son Hugh Five Shillings Maryland Currency and no more.
Item I will and bequeath to my well Beloved daughter Ann Five Shillings Maryland Currency and no more.
Item I will and bequeath to my well Beloved daughter Isabella Five Shillings Maryland Currency and no more.
Item I will and bequeath to my dear and Loving wife her bed and the half of my personal Estate after my legal debts are discharged and no more.
Item I will and bequeath to my well beloved son Robert the other half of my Estate and no more. I also constitute and appoint my Dear and Loving wife and my well beloved son Robert my True and Lawful Executors of this my last will and Testament revoking and Disannuling all other wills heretofore made by me.
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Affixed my Seal the twenty first day of September One Thousand and Seven Hundred Sixty Six.
