On November 12, 1766, John Foushee and his wife, Sarah Ann, gave to his several grandchildren, sons and daughter of Bushrod Fauntleroy and wife Elizabeth, a gift of a Negro woman named Dilse and all her children, that is to say, Daniel and Edmond. He also gave his grandson John Fauntleroy, son of Bushrod and Elizabeth, a Negro woman, Nanatab, and her increase.
