From the THE TALCO TIMES - Friday 25 May 1951:
Talco Resident Buried Tuesday in Local Cemetery- Miss Marsaleete Moore pased away at her home in Talco on Monday morning at 9:30 AM. following a long illness. She was born in Sulphur Springs on 16 Feb 1882.
Miss Moore attended Baylor College of which instution she represented a field agent fot several years , was a member of the Baptist church for many years and was active iin organizing the Calvary Baptist Church at Talco. She was active in church life until forced to retire due to ill health.
Miss Moore is survived by a sister Miss Katherine Moore, and a nephew Edward Cornelius, both of Talco, and several other neices and nephews of which Miss Alma Cornelius of Chicago, Mrs. Mildred Miller of Pittsburg, PA and a nephew , G. J. Cornelius of Tulsa, OK, were at her bedside at her passing.
Pallbearers were Hughie Harper, O. B. Walton, C. H. Parson, James Gandy, R. J. Rosson, R. S Welborn. Burial followed in the Talco Cememtry.
Other relatives who were recent visitors of Miss Moore were E. M. Cornelius, Plainview, and Mrs Sara Mutler of Oklahoma City, OK."
