Susannah Beatty recorded deed 25 May 1764, made 20 May between John Beatty of FC and Susannah Beatty, sister of John Beatty for natural love & affection & 10 shillings confirms to her a parcel part of 939 acres purchased by Susannah Beatty, grandmother of the above named John Beatty of John Stoddert of PGC, out of a tract called Rocky Creek, and conveyed to her son, John Beatty, father of the above named John Beatty by a deed 20 March 1739, now beginning at the end of the second line. M & B given. For 85 acres together with all buildings and improvements.

At the request of George Schnertzell the following deed was recorded. 4 June 1787 - This indenture made 4 May 1787 between William Richardson and Rebeckah his wife of Frederick County in the Commonwealth of Virginia of the one part and George Schnertzell of Fredericktown, FC, MD of the other part. Whereas Susannah Beatty late of Frederick Co., deceased in her lifetime did convey unto a certain John Beatty, her son the tract hereinafter described being part of a tract of land called Rocky Creek which John Stoddart of PGC conveyed unto her the said Susannah. And whereas the said John Beatty aforesaid departed this life dying intestate to whom preceded(?) his son John Beatty as heir at law to the parcel of land aforesaid who by deed duly recorded Liber J Folio 340 and 341 conveyed to his sister, Susanna Beatty who afterwards intermarried with a certain Joseph Pue and whereas the said Susanna after her marriage departed this life leaving issue Rebeckah to whom the same parcel of land has descended as heir at law and the same Rebeckah having since intermarried with the said William Richardson. William Richardson and Rebeckah his wife for 437£ and one shilling by George Schnertzell-etc.
