2. Henry named Catherine as executress of his will. The will was probated 20 December 1748 in Essex County. She married James Davis in 1752. Marriage to Davis is found in Index to Marriages 1655-1900 (Virginia) Old Rapphahannock and Essex Counties. The name Catherine is found in the will for Henry, but no surname.
