Josie Mae Ellsworth

Obituary: from "The Tulsa World", Tuesday, September 10,2002
Josie Mae (Ellsworth) Scott, 91, went to be with the Lord on September 7, 2002. She was a member of Victory Christian Church. Survived by: son, Joe Cole, Terlton; daughters, Juanita Moore, Jenks, Judy Clark, Lake Wales, Florida, Mary Brown, Bixby; and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Willard L. Scott; son, Timmy Cole; randdaughter,, Diane Cole; grandson, Steve Davis; and 5 brothers. We, her escendants, will remember she finished this life strong, loving Jesus.
Service 10 a.m., Thursday, September 12, Mark Griffith Memorial Funeral Home's Westwood Chapel. Interment Oak Hill Cemetery, Mannford. Mark Griffith Memorial-Westwood, 446-0010.


Lindsy Ervin Scott

"Mr. and Mrs. Lindsy Scott, Berryhill, recently observed their 60th wedding anniversary. Pearl Dennis and Lindsy Scott were married May 23, 1926 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Scott is retired from Howell Public Schools in Michigan. Mrs. Scott is a housewife.
Both are members of Red Fork Assembly of God Church. They have one daughter, Beverly Kendall of Tulsa, Oklahoma and three grandchildren.

OBITUARY: Livingston County Press: Lindsy E. Scott, 1986
Lindsy E. Scott, 82, of Howell died November 19, 1986 at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital, Ann Arbor, Michigan.
He was born February 1, 1905, in Linn Creek, Missouri, the son of George H. and Flora E. (Snyder) Scott. He married Pearl L. Dennis May 23, 1926 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She survives him.
Mr. Scott was employed at Howell Public Schools. He was a member of the Church of the Nazarene in Howell, Michigan.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Beverly Kendall of Howell, Michigan; three grandsons; a sister, Velma Cook of Oklahoma, and a brother, Burley Scott of Oklahoma. He was preceded in death by two daughters, Ruby, in 1928, and Glenda in 1946, a brother, Willard in 1986.
Funeral services were November 23, 1986 at the Church of the Nazarene, with the Rev. Richared A. Bushey and the Rev. George C. Cook officiating. Burial was in Lakeview Cemetery, Howell, Michigan."
