RESEARCHER: Jodi Nasser <ZOELOG@aol.com> wrote T.Mason on 13Oct2001 that Daniel was a janitor in mill in Fall River. Was a Methodist.
RESEARCHER: Diane L. Richardson <drich@arwest.com> wrote T.Mason on 3Jan2002 that Daniel had to bring up 7 children all by himself after Mary Adeline ran away with Robert Greason when Laura was only 2. He was a very well-liked man though not big in stature. He owned a 3 decker house on Downing Street in Fall River. He was a weaver at the time of his marriage. He was later a janitor for Massasolt bank. He used to go early in the morning and stoke the fire so the bank would be warm for the customers and then he would go home and eat breakfast and go back later in the day to clean the bank. The 1900 census states he was a janitor at Massasolt Bank, house 43 Madison, Ward 9, Daniel A. - head.
